Une déferlante sensorielle où rythme, distance et mémoire se conjugent dans un même souffle. Ce petit film assemble 492 plans tournés dans cinq villes en un montage tendu, presque convulsif, traversé par une bande-son à la fois précise et abrasive. Le film fait se croiser des lieux et des temps disjoints, en organisant leurs frictions plutôt que leurs correspondances. G.U.I.D.A. is a travel film that delves into individual memory for the preservation of the intangible heritage of places. In this project, I was commissioned by a local cultural foundation to tell the story of the small town where I live, together with the musicians of the audiovisual collective we founded. The main challenge was: how can we portray a place so wild and so deeply layered with history without falling into the clichés of mass tourism? So I imagined Balsam, a foreign traveler who arrives by chance in a city of stone, shaped by labor and water. Following a dream, he begins searching for the “genius loci” — the spirit of the place — eventually discovering a land far closer to his own home than he ever expected. The world changes quietly,
 and then all at once. Sometimes too fast.
 Faster than our breath.
 Faster than our body can follow. There is a moment 
just before change happens — a breath held —
where fear and awe rise,
pulling us into a quiet fall, into the unknown,
 where the world tilts, reshapes,
 and asks us to step forward
 or let go. In that suspended second, time expands.
 And we stand on the edge
 of becoming. We are living in a moment of change, with AI,
 and many of us fear the future,
 but at the same time we are awed
 by technology and what it can do. I tried to show the moment just before the jump,
 while reminding us that it’s not the tool
 that makes the image, 
it’s the human choosing where to stand,
 what to reveal,
 and what to feel.
